Photography Rights & Image Use

Heylo Home publishes original project photographs to show completed remodel, repair, and finish work. This page explains the rights that apply to those images and how to request permission to use one.

Image rights

Unless a photograph is specifically credited otherwise, project photographs published on heylohome.com are owned by Heylo Home and are protected by copyright. All rights are reserved. Viewing an image on this website does not grant permission to copy, download, republish, modify, distribute, sell, or use it in advertising, marketing, training data, or another commercial work.

You may link to a public Heylo Home project page when referencing the work. Any other use requires written permission from Heylo Home before the image is used.

Request permission

To ask about licensing or permission, email montana@heylohome.com. Include the project-page or image URL, how and where the photograph would be used, whether the use is commercial, and how long you expect to use it. Permission is granted only when Heylo Home provides written approval and any applicable terms.

Privately submitted photos

This page applies only to photographs intentionally published on the public website. Photos submitted privately with an estimate request are handled under the Privacy Policy and are not offered for public use or licensing.
