When you request an estimate, Heylo Home may collect your project description, name, phone number, optional email address, service address, and any optional project photos you choose to upload.

How the information is used

Your information is used to review your project, contact you, schedule a walkthrough, prepare an estimate, provide requested services, prevent misuse of the form, and maintain business records.

Project photos

Photos are optional. Uploaded files are stored through Vercel Blob using unique, difficult-to-guess links and are not intentionally published or listed on the website. Anyone who receives the unique link may be able to view the file, so please do not upload sensitive documents or images unrelated to the project.

Website analytics and lead source

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand visits, page performance, referrers, device or browser type, and approximate region. If you arrive through a campaign link, the site may also retain campaign labels, the referring website, and the first page visited for the duration of that browser session so Montana can understand how the request reached Heylo Home.

Service providers

Heylo Home uses service providers to operate the website and deliver requests, including Vercel for hosting, analytics, and file storage; the private Heylo Ops request relay; and Resend for email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to provide those services under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Sharing and selling

Heylo Home does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers described above, with qualified professionals involved in your project when appropriate, or when required by law.

Retention and your choices

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for project follow-up, business records, security, and legal obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information submitted through this website, email montana@heylohome.com.
