Engineered Hardwood Flooring Update
Carpet throughout the upstairs living areas, bedrooms, hallway, and closets was replaced with a continuous engineered hardwood floor.

Replace worn carpet with a durable hard-surface floor that would connect the upstairs rooms with a cleaner, more consistent finish.

Approximately 1,280 square feet of engineered hardwood now carries through the rooms with coordinated transitions and perimeter trim.

- Removed carpet, padding, and tack strips
- Prepared the wood subfloor throughout the upstairs
- Installed floating click-lock engineered hardwood
- Completed transitions, shoe molding, trim, and caulk
